1. Introduction

Welcome to NP2P. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

NP2P provides a digital payment and escrow-based system designed to facilitate peer-to-peer (P2P) trading globally.

NP2P is the exclusive property of GLC GLOBAL NEGOCE, an Ivorian startup legally established in the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire.

All rights, technologies, systems, and services related to NP2P are owned and operated by GLC GLOBAL NEGOCE.

3. Services Provided

NP2P offers:

• A universal payment system (NP2P) pegged to the Euro
• A secure escrow service for P2P transactions
• Cross-border trading capabilities
• Flexible withdrawal options in cryptocurrency or local currencies

4. User Responsibilities

By using NP2P, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activities

5. Account Security

Users are responsible for securing their accounts.
NP2P provides optional Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for enhanced protection, and users are encouraged to enable it.

6. Fees and Transactions

NP2P does not charge transfer or withdrawal fees.
The only applicable cost may arise from currency exchange differences when converting local currencies into NP2P.

7. Risk Disclaimer

Users acknowledge that:

• Cryptocurrency trading involves risks
• Market conditions may affect trading outcomes
• NP2P provides tools and infrastructure but does not guarantee profits

8. Limitation of Liability

NP2P and GLC GLOBAL NEGOCE shall not be held liable for:

• Technical disruptions beyond reasonable control

NP2P reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or engage in suspicious or illegal activities.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire.
